DELIVERY
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Air Mail or Express Courier with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
On average, orders arrive at the destination address in 2-3 weeks. The delivery time will depend primarily on two factors: item availability and shipping service.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Amalgam Fine Collection you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
PAYMENT
We accept most major credit and debit cards and we only process payment when an order is ready to be despatched. Please note, if you are paying with credit/debit cards we will obtain an initial authorisation code on receipt of your order if the item you ordered is not in stock.
RETURNS
If your goods are damaged on receipt this needs to be reported within 3 days to enable us to refund/exchange, please contact our customer service.
We will not be held responsible until the returned item reaches us. So all items need to be returned by a recorded service at your own cost.
If a replacement item is out of stock then we will advise you by email.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
Where items are bought as gifts we can only refund the original payer.

We have taken as much care as possible to describe and portray items accurately. Slight variations in actual goods or colour may occur. We reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information before payment is taken.
