YOUR PACK SHIPMENT
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Air Mail or Express Courier with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
On average, orders arrive at the destination address in 2-3 weeks. The delivery time will depend primarily on two factors: item availability and shipping service.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
SHIPPING SERVICE
During checkout, we will show you a list of available shipping services and their corresponding prices and timeframes.
If we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order within the promised timeframe, we will immediately contact you via email.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
RETURNS
If your goods are damaged on receipt this needs to be reported within 3 days to enable us to refund/exchange, please contact our customer service.
We will not be held responsible until the returned item reaches us. So all items need to be returned by a recorded service at your own cost.
If a replacement item is out of stock then we will advise you by email.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
Where items are bought as gifts we can only refund the original payer.
